Appointment Cancellation Policy

I understand that there is a $50 cancellation/late fee for any Consultation appointment if within 24 hours of set time and date that must be paid in full before any further bookings and/or services are requested. I understand that I must pay for Full Treatment Value if not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment. If the scheduled appointment is on special or in package form it counts as full treatment price at original signal treatment value or as 1 of package treatments. Please be aware that we have a high volume of clientele with minimal space at this current time so our time is strict.
